ONE PLATFORM. CONNECTED ENERGY.

Your installation works for you. Every day, automatically.

One platform controls generation, storage and consumption, handles the accounting and markets free flexibility. You see the result on your electricity bill and in your revenue.

Generation, storage, consumption and grid at one point

Three levels

Three levels, one interplay.

The same platform works in three places: in the plant, at the grid connection point and on the market. Which level has the greatest leverage is decided by your site.

Levels and effect 3 Ebenen
Level Your benefit What sits behind it
01Cut costs in the plant Lower peak loads, more self-consumption, charging without overload Energy management (EMS) behind the meter: real-time control of solar, storage and charge points based on consumption and generation forecasts
02Use the grid connection fully Full use of the connection without exceeding it, one view across all sites Control at the grid connection point: keeping within supply and feed-in limits, pooling several meters and sites
03Earn on the market Additional revenue from free storage and plant capacity Virtual power plant (VPP) in front of the meter: marketing in wholesale and balancing markets, including stand-alone batteries and ground-mounted plants

Every plant sits on one platform, with real-time data and open interfaces to the systems you already run.

Energy management

Solar saves energy. Energy management saves capacity — and with it grid charges. Our system knows the load profile, the tariffs and the grid requirements, and decides where the power goes: into production, into the battery, into the vehicles or into the grid.

Without control, a battery is just a box.

What it includes
  • Generation, storage, charge points and controllable loads in one control system
  • Peak loads shaved before they set the demand charge
  • Charging parks managed dynamically without enlarging the grid connection
  • Requirements under § 14a EnWG met automatically
  • Our own software — the control system does not come from a third party
What you get
  • One system instead of four isolated solutions
  • Energy flows traceable in the portal
Makes sense when
  • When storage or charge points are added
  • When the demand charge becomes noticeable
  • When the grid connection is not to be enlarged

The demand charge hangs on a single quarter hour in the year. That is exactly the one that can be controlled.

Flexibility and virtual power plant

The grid needs assets that can take up or release power within seconds. Your battery can do that — in the hours when the site does not need it. We pool those windows across many sites and market them. The revenue is shared.

Supply comes before marketing. Always, and in writing.

What it includes
  • Pooling of batteries and controllable loads across several sites
  • Marketing of the free windows on power and balancing markets
  • The reserve for your own operation secured contractually, not case by case
  • Monthly settlement, revenue traceable in the portal
  • Also usable as a platform by utilities and suppliers
What you get
  • Additional revenue from assets you already have
  • Faster payback on storage and charging infrastructure
Makes sense when
  • When a battery exists or is planned
  • When loads can be shifted predictably
  • When a utility needs a platform of its own

Revenue depends on the market and on the capacity that is actually free. We calculate ranges, not promises.

Power contracts: PPA, cPPA, vPPA

A power purchase agreement over the term makes the price predictable. From your own roof, from a plant elsewhere, or purely financially as a hedge — which model fits is decided by the site, not by a catalogue.

The fixed price applies to the roof power. The rest is otherwise left to the old contract.

What it includes
  • PPA on your own roof: power at an agreed price, plant without capital of your own
  • cPPA: power allocated from a plant at another location
  • vPPA: price hedging without physical delivery, your supplier stays
  • Roof power, residual supply and charging demand examined in one calculation
  • Coordination with the finance partner who funds the plant
What you get
  • A comparison of the models against your figures
  • A basis for deciding on contract and term
Makes sense when
  • When the roof is not enough or there is none
  • When several sites are to be combined
  • When price risk and green power evidence are to be solved together

Accounting treatment and tax effects belong with your adviser. We supply the figures, not the advice.

Metering and energy accounting

As soon as several generators, batteries and loads hang on one connection, the metering concept decides whether billing works at all — with the grid operator, the supplier and your tenants. It is agreed before construction, not afterwards.

What is not measured cleanly cannot be billed cleanly later.

What it includes
  • Metering concept for generation, storage, charging infrastructure and tenant supply
  • Coordination with the grid operator and the metering operator
  • Quarter-hourly allocation of generation, consumption and delivery
  • Billing data for supply contracts, tenants and accounting
  • The same data basis carries the evidence later on
What you get
  • An agreed metering concept before the award
  • A meter structure that matches the billing
Makes sense when
  • Before any project with more than one generator
  • With tenant supply or several users on one connection
  • When existing billing does not add up

Changing a metering concept afterwards costs more than planning it beforehand.

Evidence: origin and emissions

Customers, banks and auditors do not ask whether power is green, but how you know. We run the chain from the meter reading to a report that can be audited — a sound data basis for your CSRD reporting — and we procure and cancel the guarantees of origin in the register of the German Environment Agency.

Green is only what can be evidenced. The same kilowatt hour appears in the bill and in the report.

What it includes
  • Procurement and cancellation of guarantees of origin in the register
  • Allocation to sites, metering points and periods
  • Time-resolved evidence instead of an annual flat figure
  • Greenhouse gas accounting of your energy supply, market-based and location-based
  • Data prepared so that it can be audited, for reports and customer questionnaires
What you get
  • Cancelled certificates, booked against your consumption
  • A data basis that can be audited
Makes sense when
  • When customers or supply chains ask for evidence
  • When a reporting obligation is coming
  • When green power statements have to hold up

We prepare the data so that it can be audited. The audit itself is done by your auditor — that stays where it belongs.

Frequent questions

What people usually ask at this point.

01 Do I need all of this at once?

No. Each of the five topics can be ordered on its own. The order only helps: without a metering concept there is no clean data, and without data no reliable evidence.

02 What happens if the site needs the battery at that moment?

Then nothing is marketed. The reserve for your supply is fixed contractually, not decided case by case.

03 Can you promise revenue from marketing?

No. Revenue depends on market prices and on the capacity that is actually free. We calculate ranges with open assumptions and write down what would overturn them.

04 Do you produce the greenhouse gas accounting?

We determine the emissions of your energy supply from measured data and prepare them so they can be audited — market-based and location-based. The audit is done by your auditor.

05 Who owns the data?

You do. Metering data, analyses and evidence stay with you and can be exported — including when the cooperation ends.
