01 Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. It is free and without obligation. Costs only arise once a service is commissioned — and you get an offer for that beforehand.
02 We have no documents yet. Is the conversation still worth it?
Yes. We tell you which documents you need and how to obtain your load profile. Much of it sits with the metering operator and only has to be requested.
03 How quickly do we hear back?
Usually the next working day. If it is urgent, say so — for instance because a deadline is running or a roof refurbishment is due.
